Yet again, we destroyed who they are. The only problem here is that if they won't continue, no one's gonna help them build theirselves again.
Professionalism, one thing I learned from AA. Somehow, you're a member of it for something great.
Discipline, Wew! Hope you don't mind if we show you what the real world looks like.
"Ipapakita namin sayo ang buhay,
Nasa iyo na yan kung ipaglalaban mo ang karapatan mo o hindi,
kung tatanggapin mo o hindi"
Ego! Let's see if you still have this after the audition.
"Poot at galit ang matitira
kung hindi mo tuluyan itong makikilala,
ngunit wala kaming pake
dahil pinili mong maging ganiyan ang iyong ugali"
It was a very tiring evening after the audition. A whole day of warm-ups, activities, workshops and acting. It's hard to act that you despise them especially when you see their willingness to follow. Sometimes, you'll just have to turn your back to them then laugh or even cry.
Hierarchy. It's the thing where most people don't understand. A simple word to impose order yet a very complicated one for those who are undisciplined. Why must you do non-sense actions? This will shake your very foundation of beliefs but then, if you can find reason out of it, then you deserve to be a member of AA.
"Somewhere in your heart,
there's a reason flowing out" That's why behind the fears, we still continue.
130 plus applicants, down to 80 after lunch break then down again to 60 after the audition. Yet only 20-30 applicants will be crowned to NEW MEMBERS. This is how far it gets.
